To lead children to Jesus, and engaging them in their relationship with Him.

Meet Craig and Jill Anderson

Craig and Jill Anderson have been married and leading worship together for over thirty years. Fifteen years ago Craig and Jill began to focus on children’s worship with a ministry called, WorshipForKids. They have written and recorded four children’s worship albums along with videos and curriculum with the vision of “Growing Kids Into Big Worshipers Of God.” Their songs have reached people throughout the world and have also been translated and recorded in Spanish. Through WorshipForKids they came into contact with many Children’s Pastors and Leaders. With the desire to engage, encourage and equip them, the ministry expanded into IMPRINT Changing Tomorrow Today with the mission of investing in kids.  In addition to their four children’s albums that Craig and Jill have recorded, they have six other albums of worship music that they and their friends have shared with the world. They have 4 children and live in Carlsbad, California.

Meet Our Board Of Directors

Donnie Dee

Donnie was born and raised in Kansas City, Missouri. He played college football at the University of Tulsa and went on to play in the NFL for the Colts and the Seahawks. After serving 27 years with the Fellowship of Christian Athletes he embraced a new calling as the President/CEO of the San Diego Rescue Mission. He has been married to Jackie for the past 31 years and they have two adult children: Johnny- 26 and Jennifer- 23.

Kimberly Grant

Hoping to use the knowledge gained from being a two-time small, okay, “tiny”  business owner, Kim joined the board in 2014. Creating a welcoming and delightful atmosphere at any gathering, meeting , conference or fancy soiree is Kim’s passion. It must be why she’s a perfect fit for the Imprint’s Refresh team and creative thinking.

Kim and her husband Jim have one daughter who is a married grown-up herself. They have found saying “Yes!” to God’s promptings has led them down the most interesting and rewarding paths, not the least of which has been hosting ministry folks in their home.

John Hovis

Husband, father and now grandfather (ouch!!!). Long time Carlsbad resident. Love being a part of building things- from cars to companies. Inspired by what God is doing in the lives of kids. Passionate about seeing relationships built in an effort to support those working in children’s ministries.

Karen Darisay

Karen is passionate in the area of creative design. Born the youngest of 5 girls, Karen was just 8 when she became an Auntie and realized the impact that she had on children. She married her husband Brian in 1987 and they raised 2 children. Knowing the importance of pouring love and truth into children, Karen is fired up to be a part of the Impact that Imprint is having on children! She also makes herself available to lend a creative hand to Children’s Pastors to help them create fun and interactive rooms for their ministries. Karen also supports Imprint administratively as its Secretary.

David Reed

David Reed has been CEO of Accurate Spec Rep for 16 years, a construction consulting firm. David served as President of Soli Geo Gloria, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit from 1998-20016. David has served on the Board of Directors for Imprint, changing Tomorrow Today, since it’s inception in 2017, and on the advisory board prior to incorporation from 2013-2017. David also serves on the advisory board for GRACE – Girls Rising Above Child Expoitation, who’s vision is to see the end of child exploitation.

John Little

Board member John Little met the Andersons and a number of other board members as a member of North Coast Presbyterian Church and later Coastline Church (where he served as an elder) over 25 years ago. He also served on the Santa Fe Christian School Board for 9 years.
His involvement with  children in church dates back to the 1980s teaching fifth and sixth grade Sunday school. He spent another 15 years in junior high and high school ministries. Because of the wear and tear on his mind and body being around junior high students, he was committed to Patton State Mental Hospital and was released two years ago…  No, wait it was two weeks ago.
In any event, John, a practicing attorney who plans on closing his office in 2020 at the request of numerous governmental agencies and loved ones, is happy to be a part of the Imprint Ministry.
John currently attends North Coast Calvary Church. He and his wife Dianna have three daughters and eight wonderful grandkids all within shouting distance of him. Because of that, he plans to move to Iowa.
